Information for Clients

 

• All session fees are due at the time of booking to guarantee session date. 

 

• All session fees are nonrefundable.

 

• Please give 24 hour notice of cancellations or reschedules.

 

• Cameras, cell phones, and camcorders or not permitted during any session.

 

• Generally, all print orders are final and cannot be changed for any reason.

 

• Generally most print orders take 1 – 2 weeks for delivery, however, you are welcome to call and check the status of your order but please be patient as all orders are custom.

 

• When ordering prints, ½ of total is due.  Balance is due at the time of delivery.

 

 

 

Brilliant Media Group reserves the right to use images for display, publication or other purposes.

 

 

Frank George is a member of the Professional Photographer’s of America. All images captured through our studio are protected by copyright.It is illegal to scan, copy, or reproduce in any way or in any manner any of our images unless you have received written permission.

 

We thank you for respecting Brilliant Media Group and our work. We would like to have complete control over the final output of our images to ensure the utmost quality in regards to color and image clarity.When images are scanned and poorly represented, it not only affects our reputation but does not ensure that the image is represented in the way it was intended.
